The Leadership Circle recognizes and celebrates the most active members of Arizona Achieve. Here, we celebrate those who earn points by joining our meetings, trainings, and events. More points means more advocacy. This helps our coalition grow and achieve!

How It All Works

The Leadership Circle uses a participation point system. Members can earn points for different activities. We reward those who practice their self-advocacy! Here is how you can earn points and join the circle:

1. Attendance

  • Attend AZ Achieve Meeting: 10 Points

  • Attend AZ Achieve Training: 10 Points

2. Special Contributions

  • Lead A Presentation: 20 Points

  • Graduate The Peer-Mentorship Program: 30 Points

  • Refer A Member To Sign Up: 10 Points

  • Fill Out A Feedback Survey: 5 Points

You automatically get 10 points for becoming a member.

What You Could Win!

If you earn enough points, you can win exciting prizes!

  • 200 points and receive a personalized Arizona Achieve shirt

  • 150 points and receive an Arizona Achieve hat

  • 100 points and receive an Arizona Achieve button pin

Any Questions?

  • You can view your point balance on the leaderboard, which you can visit by clicking the "View Leaderboard" button higher up on the page.

  • Yes, you can occasionally earn points for attending events outside of Arizona Achieve, whether in-person or on Zoom. To receive the points, you must provide proof of your attendance. Acceptable proof includes attendance reports or confirmation from the meeting organizer/

  • To win points for attending a Zoom meeting, you need to stay for a reasonable amount of time and make sure we know you were there. This could be by speaking up or through the chat, or participating in activities.

  • If you refer a new member to sign up, both you and the new member will receive 10 points each. Make sure the new member mentions your name when they sign up so you both get the points.

  • No, you do not lose points when you get prizes. Your point total remains the same on the leaderboard.

  • Monthly challenges give members the chance to earn a special prize. Details of each challenge will be announced at the beginning of each month.

  • Points will be updated after each meeting or event. The Project Director will provide updates as needed.

  • If you believe there is an error in your point total, please contact the Project Director for review.

  • Points may be lost for violations of the Arizona Achieve Code of Conduct.

  • There is no limit to how many points you can earn. The more you participate and contribute, the more points you win.
